Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, book reservations - Utilize phone systems to transfer calls to appropriate guests rooms - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping - Transcribe notes and messages accurately Requirements:
