00 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Construction Company Office Manager Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office -Payroll / HR -Bookkeeping - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents - Assist with special projects or events as assigned Skills -Proficient in Quickbooks (reconciliation, generating financial reports, basic accounting) - Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, and record keeping - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail This position requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as QuickBooks proficient.
A background in office management or accounting.
